Pilates on Point

Project Scope

Website the client (Kylie) originally created herself using Squarespace. Kylie’s business uses third party software (mindbody) for booking and scheduling.

The current site looked dated, lacked information and was not converting as much as she would have liked. She also had a 6 week challenge coming up that she wanted to promote.

Our Role

UX research to UI design to Web development. I did low fidelity sketch’s then went straight into high fid design. Usability testing was conducted by the client, a number of her staff and a couple of her clients.

OUTCOME

A more modern looking website. Incorporated branding colours and images to give the design more life and impact. From data results and personas analysis focus was on mobile first. Particularly the pricing options were considered were the user swipes horizontally to view them. Popup was created for the challenge campaign.

"I recently employed the services of Frank for a complete redesign of my existing website and could not be happier with the result and outcome. My expectations have been exceeded upon and the new site is a winner!! He is truely a professional in his field, leading and guiding me at all times with his experience and his constant communication back and forth was outstanding and there was no hidden surprises! I would definitely recommended the services of Frank to others, I will most definitely be using him again for my next projects."
